Deposit

A deposit equal to 50% of total stay is required to guarantee reservations. The balance is due on arrival. Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

Cancellation Policy

Because of our size, cancellations affect our Bed and Breakfast significantly. For any cancellation or change of dates, we must receive 14 days notice prior to your confirmed arrival for a refund of your deposit. If any full or partial cancellation or change of dates is made within 14 days, you are financially responsible for the entire reservation, unless we can re-book your room. However, you are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place. All cancellations or date changes are subject to a $25.00 fee. All cancellations must be made by phone to receive a cancellation confirmation number.


Check-in and check-out times

Check-in is between 4:00 and 6:00 pm, unless prior arrangements have been made. If you are going to be delayed past 6:00 pm, please call 585.721.6765 and let us know. If you arrive early, We will gladly store your luggage until check-in time. Check-out time is 11:00 am.


We are a smoke-free bed and breakfast

1837 Cobblestone Cottage is a 100% non-smoking B&B property, which we enforce for the safety and comfort of all our guests including outdoor common spaces. We do not allow candle burning, or incense in any of our common areas in or out. A $250 cleaning surcharge will be imposed to any room where guests have smoked with disregard for our policy.


Rates & Taxes

Rates do not include a 7.5% New York room occupancy tax and are subject to change without prior notice.


Accessibility

Please note that access to the Cobblestone Cottage requires the use of stairs.


Children

The Cobblestone Cottage welcomes children 12 years or older at our Bed and Breakfast. All rooms except for the Attic Suite can accommodate only two people.


Pets

We are sorry that we do not have accommodations for pets.


Guest responsibility

While accidents to happen, we ask our guests to be respectful of other guests, their property and of our property. We will hold guests responsible for the costs of any damages or losses incurred by the inn during their stay.


Dietary restrictions

Special dietary needs, such as vegetarian, gluten free, or lactose free, will be met when requested at time of reservation.
